MON  We head to North Wales this morning for a four night stay, with stops en route for coffee and lunch. We reach our lovely hotel in time for this evening’s dinner and fantastic entertainment. Set within 260 acres of peaceful countryside, this Grade II listed castle hideaway has views over the Clwydian Hills, and whether you’re dancing all night, being thrilled by a show or embracing a stroll through the beautiful walled garden, recharge and feel a fresh sense of vitality with a magical escape at this majestic castle on the coast. 

TUE  This morning we make our way through the stunning scenery of the Snowdonia National Park to the picturesque village of Betws-Y-Coed. Set in a beautiful valley it’s easy to see why it’s one of North Wales’ most popular tourist resorts. Browse the craft and gift shops and enjoy morning coffee before we return to our hotel with time this afternoon for you to spend exploring the hotel and enjoying its fantastic facilities. Take aim with archery or rifle shooting, enjoy a friendly game of croquet or shuffleboard, join one of the fitness classes, or explore the castle and its beautiful grounds. You can also put your knowledge to the test in a quiz, get creative in a workshop or simply relax and soak up the peaceful surroundings. With activities to suit every mood, you can make your break as lively or laid-back as you like, with plenty of opportunities to have fun and make lasting memories. 

WED  After breakfast today we travel to Llandudno, known as the Queen of Welsh Resorts, with its fine pier over 700 metres long, shops and restaurants. With time to explore, we return to our hotel after lunch with the afternoon free to enjoy more of the hotel’s many facilities and activities, or just relax, have tea and enjoy the wonderful views. Dinner tonight will be followed by more fantastic live entertainment.

THU  We make our way to Chester this morning, the most complete walled city in Britain, where you will find the famous “Rows” – black and white half-timbered building arcades, with covered walkways and the impressive 10th century cathedral. Plenty of time to do a spot of exploring and enjoy lunch. We return to the hotel with time at leisure before dinner and our final evening of excellent entertainment.

FRI  After this morning’s breakfast, we board the coach and head home, stopping on the way for coffee and lunch, and arriving back in the local area in the early evening.
