Dorchester & Dorset Museum

We head to Dorchester and start our day with a visit to the recently refurbished Dorset Museum & Gallery. A knowledgeable guide will talk through the museum’s highlights, covering the history of Dorset from pre-historic times to the present day, and then you can explore the museum at your own pace. You can also head into Dorchester itself for some retail therapy or to enjoy a local eatery and re-enter the museum throughout the day.
